The food was delicious and hot when I received it. Sue the waitress was attentive to our needs. She showed professionalism to a party of 15 or more. She checked on us more than once to Make sure everything was good. I will definitely be going back yes I want Sue as my waitress. If you ever go there ask for her, she will not disappoint.
We came to Swiggz yesterday to celebrate a friends birthday! And we had a time you hear me!!!! The food was good the drinks were tasteful and made to perfection the hookah as well.. the prices are very reasonable! I also want to give a special thanks to Quon who was going around making sure ppl were straight even tho it was his birthday party he still was in the customer satisfaction mode and our waitress China she was very attentive and her attitude remained very positive all night she served us with smiles and laughs and was quick with our needs. Thank you so much everytime we go they always give us a reason to come back
Swiggz has definitely became my new spot to hang . My service at the bar was amazing but overall I returned for the food. The chefs are amazing. Thank you to my bartender Cyd and the manager ! Everyone made sure I was good. Make sure you come here
Me and my boyfriend are deaf. We are from Jacksonville FL. We came there with our friends. Our BEST server Eliza HANDS DOWN UP!!! She was so sweet and very friendly! She know how to communicate with us and she would checking on us make sure we are ok. We actually enjoyed and HAD A TIME! GOOD foods and drinks! Great musics! GOOD VIBES!! We are definitely come back again! I highly recommend yall go there!
My review is after waiting FOREVER for my God and drinks The place was NOT packed & I was VERY HUNGRY But the staff was all kind,courteous, and smiles The KITCHEN NEED TO TIGHTEN UP ON TIME but that food was SO BANGIN though On another note the HOOKAH TENDEE NAMED DYSON he was on point and I don’t even smoke hookah I am so against how harsh it is with no flavor but his preparation must have a science to it
Update: After my original review, I received a prompt response from the owner, Ashlyn, that reflected true accountability and professionalism. Her sincere apology and ownership of the situation definitely made me willing to give Swigzz another try, and I’m so glad I did! The second time was truly a charm. I was greeted by Sue, my waitress, who was not only warm and welcoming but also apologetic about my previous experience. I ordered the Rasta Pasta with salmon, and it was absolutely delicious! Sue made sure the spice level was just right for me, which I really appreciated. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager Jessica. Although I’m not a drinker, she offered me a no-calorie lemon drop cocktail that was perfectly crafted. I will definitely be returning. Customer service is key, and they truly have it down. Thank you to the entire team, and especially my girl Sue for being professional and, most importantly, personable! 😊
This was my 1st time going here. Came here for my Sorority, AKA Founder's Day celebration. Upscale..didn't try the food...cocktails were on point! Will visit again for a date night..
a great time was had! We’ve been coming for Sideway Sunday and the vibes are unmatched! The promoters make sure you’re comfortable and taking care of, they have great deals! The food and drink don’t disappoint, I get wings to go home with. The waiters are friendly and have good hospitality. Can’t wait to come again.

The food is always delicious 😋. The restaurant is always nice and clean. It's a great ambiance. Every DJ be on point with the music. Sue is the BEST hookah maker Rod and Charles are the BEST bartenders and Jess is the absolute best manager. I love it here 😍
